A friend recommended Craniosacral Therapy to me in 2014 and it was to be life-changing.

For 18 years, I trained and worked as a professional contemporary dancer and suffered from continual back pains throughout my career. Having exhausted all others forms of treatment, I gave Craniosacral Therapy a go and was promptly hooked.

As the therapist made contact, my physical and emotional bodies responded, encouraging a sense of release and relief, as if pressure was being lifted. It was like nothing I had ever experienced before.

I immediately knew that this was a special type of treatment and healing.  After several sessions, the anxieties and tensions that were causing my physical pain were dissipating. I was re-connecting to myself, bringing confidence and emotional stability.

Having always been fascinated with the body, its abilities and responses to treatments, I decided to retrain as a therapist.

I gained my Craniosacral Therapy Diploma and Certification in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology from The College of Craniosacral Therapy  (CCST) in London, 2016.

In 2017/18, I was an assistant tutor, on the Manchester based, CCST Professional Training Course - CCST North.

In March 2021, I completed the post-graduate course, Distant Cranio-Sacral Intergation, from the CCST.

I am a registered member of The Craniosacral Therapy Association and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Conduct.  I am fully insured and first-aid certified.

Currently I am tutoring on the 2 year CCST Professional Training Course - CCST North, completing in June 2024.

I would like to give special thanks to the Dancers' Career Development for their support on my transition.
